Vaccine Requirements

For Dogs:
Distemper/Parvo (one per year)
Rabies (one every three years)
Bordetella (one every six months)

For Cats:
Feline Leukemia (one per year)
Distemper (one per year)
Rabies (one every three years)

We do need proof that these vaccinations were given and on what date
